The look of the one in the vest is priceless. If this is indeed their band photo, I'm willing to bet they're pleased. Think the background works well (with cnadles). Brings out their skin tones and color of their clothes. 7

Great lighting. It really makes the faces pop. I'm curious to know your setup. Environment is very cool... kind of medieval. Excellent group shot! 9

Where to put the hands??? i'm not sure putting them in their pockets was the best way to do this shot but not a bad composition or exposure otherwise...

I thought it looked like a band picture even before I read the title :-) Interesting gothic sort of background. The sconces look a little like they're growing out of heads; maybe move the band a few feet closer to the camera to get the sconces more firmly into the background.
