This is a habit but this photo doesn't show it in a new or interesting way. Besides meeting the challenge a photo has to work on its own as a visually pleasing work.

Cropping out the top and bottom looks unnatural. Also some focus problems due to depth of field.

Very original thought. I would have like to have seen a little less cropping and cleaner focus. Perhaps a dash of color for interest?

I don't find this subject very aesthetically pleasing. Some might consider a dirty drain to be artistic, but it's lost on me. Decent focus, framing and lighting though.

Yuk, old food :( Doesn't really hold my interest. Framing/cropping is quite good though.

Unique idea for the challenge. I think alot of people probably have this habit. Picture could use a little more work on sharpness and lighting. Not really the kind of picture though that one sets up in a studio though so good job...
