I don't consider this HDR per se. I did process the RAW file twice once for the sky and water, then second for the rock. I used two Cokin graduated ND filters to use a slow shutter speed.


Thanks for the comments. I'll take the 10th place! Love those little stars. Much better than over saturated color ribbon! ;)

excellent focus and exposure, nice moody color. too much of the soft water in foreground IMO

Nice mood shot, though there is too much rushing water for me. A more rectangular crop with less blurred water would have improved the proportions and accentuated the horizon. Also, this doesn't necessarily say "January" to me, although it's a lovely shot.
