Good shot. A bit more color might help raise the score. |

Haha, what a moment to capture and enter. It's a little too light/oof/unsaturated for me but I look forward to seeing more of your stuff, I like people who enter with a sense of humor :) |

A truly monumental hidden gem! I'm seeing pointing, entering and shooting, but I can't see a crop!
Going for the brown? |

In my belief, nobody should be proud of NOT editing a image :) Sorry, I bet it was a funny moment, but it is a weak photo. |

Cute, but this could have benefited from some additional post processing to enhance contrast and adjust the white balance. |

A critique would be pointless, you clearly knew what you were entering. I have to appreciate the humor here. |

i have a shot similar to this i took at the National Zoo in Washington DC. Funny to watch. |

Maybe you should have added "contrast" to your editing steps? :) A cute scene but it does seem flat and washed out. |

Did you have to be quick to get this one? :-) |

You forgot to enhance your entry! |

interesting shot, but seems awfully light. wish there was more color/definition in the shells. |

Niiice. Turtle sex. So that's where turtle wax comes from? |

|

Focus looks lttle bit off. |

Funny, but the focus seems off. |

Funny shot, could use >Contrast> |
|
|
03/13/2009 05:32:04 AM |
Needs a little more pop in the colors IMO |
|

The Saturation and Focus leave a lot to be desired in this photo... there is so much more you could have done to bring it up at least 2 if not 3 points. Should you care to I could share some ideas with you. |

miss some contrast at the turles |
|

ummm, ok,,, the flat light didn't do you any favours, even though the tortoises were co-operative. |

It's too bad that you left out the >Process> part. It could have made this a much better image, I think. It needs some contrast to make those shells really defined.

Making babes! hahah. Cute picture. The coloring is drab tho but the subject matter is different. |

a little lower angle, sharper focus and more contrast and saturation, and you have a great funny shot, this is just funny. |

The past three shots I've seen have been peaceful landscapes! Thanks for removing me from my tranquil state! On the tech side... perhaps a little contrast would improve your chances... it seems he's already taking his! |
|
|
03/11/2009 08:34:36 AM |
LOL! A little more contrast might help, it looks a little washed out. |

Hmm, not sure what to comment on this :) Different I suppose! |

Too over exposed for my taste, the light is too harsh, (middle of the day?) I think the photo would be imporved if there was green grass above the subjects. Best of luck. |
