I see you are comparing the rock with the peak in your title. They do look similar. Nice scene with pretty sky, rock, foliage including flowers and succulents.

I don't think this expresses the vastness of the range, but it's a different take on landscape photography and it's always nice to see a different POV.

Wonderful depth of field, clear picture. Looks like you may have oversharpened the background, though, to the point that the mountains don't quite fit into the background. Still, very good

And so she wept a little as she took her husbands arms, and looked at him with a smile, for they were both tears of joy and of sadness as she watched her little boy go off into the world on his own for the first time. The father stood proud, but he also was not immune to a welling in his eyes, that he quickly blinked away.

The little one turned back, briefly and gave them a smiling wave, and then with a final step he was gone.

When he returned from his first day of school later that day, they greeted him, and he filled their evening with the tales of First Grade.

needs just a touch of straightening, curves/levels...to make the red rocks "pop" a bit more...just a little dull in color/tone

This is pretty... but there's no clear spot of focus since all of the rocks are competing with each other. Perhaps you meant that and I need art appreciation lessons. :)

the deep blue of the sky is very nice. There is a sense of depth here, but it could be emphasized more.
