It's a dull reflection, so I'm guessing it's a time exposure with waves on the water. It makes it interesting.

Cropping the top off would have been better IMO focusing just on the actual bridge and the reflections.

I really love the lower 2/3rds; the lighting, the colours of the grass and walkway and the reflections. However the crop for the concrete bridge is very awkward. I think you need to either show us enough to see clearly what it is, which could make a very interesting contrast with the organic nature of the lower part, or crop more to remove it altogether.

The bank and river are very lovely, but the bridge is distracting. Not enough of it to be an element of the shot, but to much to be ignored.

Just a slight amount of shrpening would likely have added much to the photo. Not so much as to adversly effect the wonderful reflection in the water

A bridge and a walkway - I like how they kind of balance each other and the way the walkway takes precedence here. Lovely smooth reflection, too.
