A clever title to a very good photograph. I like the way you have distilled the composition down to the bare elements, the spires and the peak of the natural mountains behind.

Great choice for b/w, seeing that I have a pretty good idea who shot this... alas, this is just a commment for such a beautiful photo. Well done.

There's really not quite enough tonal range here.

My first thought is that it's some fairy tale castle, but I presume that place in SLC. Very nice tonal ranges.

this would have fun to burn, maybe a bit of dodge. the clouds would just pop! might ven be able to encourage light streaks down to the buildings.

I like this, however the lord almost gets lost in the clouds. Maybe some burning in the clouds around the figure would make it stand out more, also it would add more drama.

Really nice. I like the way you chose to shoot this- just the tops of the roof. Light was great for you too- not too harsh. Looks like a Mormon Temple.

I love how the geometric composition of the spires contrasts with the organic flow of the clouds above, bridged by the statue that seems to be crying out to the heavens and awaiting the Lord's reply.

Voted earlier coming back to leave comments. Wow! Look at those monumental spires that tower up to the sky. The title is apt too. The spires do look like a mountain range, and if this is a church then certainly they are a Lordly mountain range. It is subtle but I like how you composed it such that one sees a mountain range in the backdrop to parallel the man build mountain range of church spires in the foreground. The details on the architecture is amazing in this photo. The black and white treatment was a good choice for it gets us to pay attention to the details, lines, patterns and textures seen here in the photo. My only critique is that the B&W tones are a little washed out. Per what I see, I think it could use a little boost in the contrast so that the tones become more dynamic and visually pop even more.

I like the repeated regular forms, juxtaposed against the fluid sky. The statue on one makes the photo more interesting.
