 I was eating some spaghetti when I came up with this idea. I took a white bowl and put it in front of a desk lamp, then centered the fork inside the bowl.

Eating lightly is not a habit of mine, I'll eat until i'm full.

Nice, especially the fork being in silhouette even though there's shade and detail visible in the pasta that curls in front of the tines. I even like what looks like some serious vignetting (but could be the light from your light source simply falling off).

I like the composition of this, and the gradient of the lighting. The fork feels fuzzy to me though. If this were razor sharp I would have rated it very highly.

Wonderful lighting, the pasta might be a little too "designed" but the complete picture is wonderful.

Very simple and effective. Composition very nice with the "noodles" weaving their way around. The border is a bit heavy - and the thin white line merges with the white of the image in a few spots. It would look better without the white line - or perhaps withot a border at all. Having said all that - it's far and above all the poorly done "bad habits" that were submitted!
