A zoom blur. The tracks happened to line up right with the zoom so they look focused. That's what happens when you're lucky... and you take a hundred shots. Cropped, shadow highlights

Very time warpish, a good demonstration of how to do an SFx shot. Every aspect is lightly affected by motion but still giving a lot of detail, depth and interest. The color could be a little more saturated to increase it's overall impact, but it is effective as it is. This should be a top ten entry and possibly a ribbon contender. Well done.
