PTL, if i'd know that i could score a point for every cat, i certainly would've put in a lot more! either that or just shoot some wire sculptures completely off topic - that was good for a higher score, wasn't it? yes, the cat is a picture, but it's not a black cat - it's an orange cat - inverted (the brown bg was originally kind of gun-metal blue) with his real eyes and nose layered in - did you know that if you're trying to get a nicely broken mirror, you can't just lay it on the ground and drop a billiard ball on it? they make glass pretty tough these days - i finally had to whack it with a hammer - arranged the cat photo over the mirror - 2 lights: 1 for the cat and 1 for the mirror |

A broken mirror reflecting a picture of a cat, right? Just doesn't get it for me. Dull colors, too busy. ABout the best I can give a 1 point for each cat I see which is 3 |

wow. good job getting kitty to pose. i dont care for the brown bg that is reflected. this also would be better in portrait orientation. |

Of all the shattered mirror photos I've seen so far in this contest, this is the only one that actually works. Good composition, and good job throwing a black cat into the mix! Good job!

A combination of two superstitions doesn't make it twice as good, unfortunately :-) |

I like this. It has a abstract look to it:) |
