Good use of thirds on the composition. I think it might have been effective to leave the fence out of the photo, it is a bit destracting.

Beautiful colours in the sky. Maybe try cropping the fence out, it doesn't add much to the composition.

Not to over state the obvious, but if this is the veranda and it's yours, then it's the view from same. :>) The point was made though and it does meet the challenge subject. Intersting.
