Truly cute, but it just does not work for me. I'm guessing he loves it!

I usually dislike kid-shots, but I can't take anything away here. Great job! It's great as is, but I would consider a partial blue gel or post processing to keep the face/hands/foreground properly colored while giving the legs/background an underwater feel. It might add depth.

The moment I saw this I just loved it. The colours, the post processing and the quirkyness of the shot. I have my suspicions who's work it is but I'll wait and see. Very interesting interpretation of the challenge and a great photo. Best of luck.

very well setup IMO. Wish the lighting was just a tad lower key and cooler in temperature just to be a touch more realistic. Excellent , 8

Back to comment: A cute shot that is well done but a major shoehorn for this challenge IMHO.

Dropping out of the neutral third person mode for a moment, I have to quit speed voting, then returning to review for comments as I always end up changing my vote. :>) This is a great image - fun and whimsical, crisp and sharp, it is a very different entry into the challenge. Superlatives would not do this image justice. All things being equal, this should place very high in the challenge just for being so unique. Originally rated a 7, it's been rerated a 10 for it's technical and artistic excellance. Well done and good luck.

Great capture and great processing of this image. it meets the challenge in some way and has plently of interesting elements in it. The title helps connect to the challenge, and this was not what I expected to see in here, but it works. The lighting is well done, especially when you consider the depth in the image that needed to be correctly lit. The bubbles, they provide interest, and cut up the plain black background, but the Physics nerd in me does ask 'Where do they come from' in a scene sense (not in the blow bubbles sense) Not sure they really have a place, or maybe just in the upper area as air from the snorkel,,,,,,
