 My most extensive editing in a while!
Cloned out a fence post
Cropped to size
Levels
Oversaturated the greens masking out the rest.
Sharpened to the point of oversharpening a duplicate background.
Using the same mask, applied Gausian Blur @ 4 pix to greens on a second duplicated background.
On a third duplicated background, applied another Gaussian Blur @ 4 pix.
Resized and checked the sharpeness.

I was trying to emulate Dsidwells soft focus shot.
Hope everyone isn't sick of the effect yet. ;-)

This image feels off. Like it;s either out of focus or you were going for a very soft feel. It's off just enough that I have to strain a bit when looking at the image. That said, I love the colors and contrast. Beautiful greens, and I love the rain puddles. 7

The glistening light on the bottom step is a great starting point, then the eye wanders up the stairs and into the etheral foliage. Excellent work! 10

IGreat use of the full frame to really bring out your subject. These stairs are amazing! The deeply saturated green aurrounding them is a great contrast with the less colorful stone. All in all a very well composed and enjoyable image.

Exceptional photo. Great composition with the leading line bringing you in from the bottom. Great exposure with detail even in the very dark steps. Go from a 9 to a 10 if: a) The bright white area in the top were toned down a bit and b) There was another color towards the top of the steps (model in red , umbrella, or anything that was a "destination" for the great leading lines." Overall. One of the best in show.

Beautiful shot. It has a very ethereal (sp?) effect to it. The color saturation and textures are brilliant. Not sure how "unusual" the view point is, but it still works for me.... 8
