Greetings from the Critique Club!
Initial impression: 'Gee, looks like an opening shot for a scene from a SAW movie' - and another commenter saw the resemblance too.
Technical: Lighting is harsh and bleak, which works for this shot. Couch risks being lost in the midground; just barely below the dead centre of the shot.
Artistic: Bleak industrial setting, fluorescent lighting, exposed pipes all juxtapose nicely with the unloved love seat, sitting there awaiting its fate. The dingy colour of the couch blends in very well with the overall scene.
FWIW: I would have cropped out most of the foreground and pulled the couch further away from the wall on the left, to cast a longer shadow and give it a greater sense of isolation. All in all good work, keep shooting!

| Maybe needed just a touch of clarify or Topaz to bring out all the nice textures and lighting in this. It does have a nice eye-leading perspective. (No vote, comment only) |

| I relay like the mood here but it just seems so soft. The grimy industrial vibe is better served by picking up on lots of mid tone contrast, here it is as soft as a pillow. |
