 [eta] Thanks for the great comments, people! I got a favorite, which means a lot (thanks!).

I know from talking to my co-workers that most people have much more talent/capability than is being utilized by their employer. Many of us are slowly dying of neglect. Working for a living mostly just sux. And there is no motivational poster that can compensate for that. But I am grateful to have a job, even one that is boring me to death. "D

I think I've seen the phrase before - quite a demotivator lol. I thought it was a beautiful picture for the poster.
