| Excellent example of furniture as the primary element with a secondary subject. Fabulous perspective and expression on the pooch, who's looking straight at the camera. Lighting is awesome, and the b/w really emphasizes the deco/nouveau window panes. Two TINY things I might have cloned out: the white spot on the collar, and the two hinges on the middle window. But really, I'm just nitpicking here... |

Wow. Love the black and white conversion. Great texture in the dog and the couch. (They both seem sooo soft and inviting!). Exposure is really well handled. I am not fond of the border but it doesn't hurt the image either.
Composition is really good and I like the angle you shot this at. I can imagine you tried lower angles but this is really different and gives a fresh look to the shot.
I really can't say enough good things about this shot. This is my second image I've voted on and unless I see 3 shots that outdo this one, I am predicting this will be a ribbon winner! |
