This is my first and probably last entry with the 40d :(, took my 400d in to get fixed and they broke something so they let me borrow the 40d. its going to be hard giving it back. oh and this is my first entry with my 70-200 This is not what i had in mind for this challenge. last minute edit and entry. nothing to special about this, its an older Korean man working in the rice fields near Songtan Korea. Adjusted in RAW, cropped and entered.

It's a good photo, especially the composition, but 3 little minuses: he has no dirty hands, one keeps wondering what he's doing and one would like to see his face.

In my belief there are more things that contribute for a great motivational/de-motivational poster:
Idea/creativity: 5
Quality of the photo:9
Artistic viewpoint:1
Frame/borders:7
Appealence of the font:4
Average: 4.6 (5)

The image matches the title and phrase well. not exactly what i will have on my wall, but the combination works.
Not really sure about your choice of colour for the border, and the white words are very stark when compared to an image of very little white. Using either the green of the plants, or the blue of his shirt would have fixed this, and tied it closer to the image.
