There's potential here for a great shot. The problem is in too many distracting elements. Between the multiple street lights, and the phone lines in the foreground, my eyes are taken away from the best element, the waterfall. Based on what I can see, it looks like the streetlights are reflecting in the water. I'd suggest moving closer and recomposing. Trying to get the lights in the water with more focus on the waterfall. It's hard to judge what would work when I don;t live there. :)

Go back and play with this scene a bit. You really have something interesting here. 5 for the distracting lines and extra bits. With the phone lines out, it might have gone as high as 7 for me.

Great shot. Shame about the power lines. I espcially love the waterfall and the multiple lights.

I hate powerlines; they always get in the way! It would have been a 10! Exelect shot.

Neat subject. IMO the power lines running through the top of the picture really detract.

Would be nice to see an angle without all those power lines. Nice soft water though!

The waterfalls is great, not crazy about the rest of the shot (wires), 7

is it about the waterfall or is it about the streetlights? Either way, I don't think this is a nice photo to look at..the electricity cables are disturbing and for the sake of a good composition and have the waterfall more in the picture you could have zoomed in more and leave out all that blurry site chaos..

Nice shot but I believe I would have cropped the grass out of the foreground as much as I could or angled my shot from a little higher up.

I like this very much. The positioning of those street lights is really good in this. Like the way their lights shine different colours too. Pity about the telephone wires. Everything else seems perfectly balanced in the shot.
