| subject matter is good, but i don't like the colors, perhaps the background could be of a different color? |

| although i am aware of the difficulty of achieving a narrow aperture with macro shots, this could use a little more focus. :-) |

| Too dark and out of focus. Bad crop. Too much empty for this. Has a lot of potential though. 5 for the potential. PTL |

| The subject should never be blurry on the part of the subject nearest the viewer, IMO. I like the framing and the color but can't get over the unclear area of the leaf. - Inspzil |

| Great composition, if part of the leaf had to be out of focus it should have been the back edge, not the front |
