I think this is great. It's like you captured three different duck moves. Swimming, grooming, and of course flapping. I like the foliage sticking out of the water in the bottom right as well.

Great bird shot. Detail and colors are excellent. Maybe some cropping to compose the flapping bird more in the centre might have helped?

The ripples give a nice effect, but I wish I could see more detail in the birds. The shot is a little dark / blurry.
