Too bad a lot of people didn't see the '3' in this picture. I thought it was one of the more creative shots in the challenge and a well done photo overall. |

Okay, I finally see the three birds here! sorry for my denseness. I suppose it would have been easier had all birds been in focus. I like the point of view of this structure. Nice composition, too. |

Great perspective on this shot. I think the only way to have improved it would be to have a deeper DOF to bring out the other 2 birds better, although this setting works well with the title.... 7 |

I like the shot, its interesting to look at, but the top two pigeons need to be in focus IMHO |

You know, I had to look at this about a dozen times for about 3-5 minutes each before I realized that red spot was a bird's eye. Then it only took me a couple seconds to see the other two birds (that I originally thought were statues or loose bricks).
You made me work too hard for this one!
As a picture, I like the color, contrast and DOF. But in trying to show 3? I hope everyone else saw it quicker than I did. |

The three is definitely NOT smacking you in the face! It would have helped to have a deeper DOF, that way the texture of the wall would be a more prominent part of the image. |

Kind of had to search for the third pigeon, but it was there. |

Cool that you captured the image of the birds, especially the one toward the front. I don't think this will be a strong contender though. Simply because the "three" aren't all in focus. Kudos for taking risks though. :-) |

The pigeons at the top are Really hard to spot...and I'm only assuming that those are pigeons! Great DOF, but a deeper one would have suited this challenge better. |

Not sure where the "3" is, but I like this regardless. |

In my opinion this doesn't fit the challange.
Would have been a much better image if more was in focus and not just on the weed.
oh, just noticed the bird.
Still doesn't work for me. |

Tghe three is harder to see in this one, which makes it interesting. I wonder how many people won't get it. Nice picture though. |

Maybe I'm just crazy, but I don't get the "three" aspect of this one.. nice shot, though :) |

One bird found easily enough but the focus on the other two too soft. I like the curve of the top of the building. It brings the eye back to the focused bird. |

A visual riddle that work very well! The red eye caught my attention right away, but it took me a while to register it as an eye. Then the bird and the other two just popped at me. |

I like the use of narrow DOF to help us spot the first pigeon. Then our eyes bounce up to the other two. It is three, although that isn;t the first theme to pop out - I like the "I spy" game. |

Might work better if the other two pigeons were in better focus. |

Way to really make the viewer observe the photograph! I like the color saturation you achieved. Very pretty. |

They really do blend with the colors of the bricks. Other then the spalsh of purple and his red eye there isn't much contrast. Your light and focus are good here. |

For me, you needed to get all 3 in focus for this to work. |

I understand the concept. . I have kids! :)
I think the dof is too shallow for most people to find the third one.. The title certainly leads you to hunt for it though.
interesting point of view. |

The two other doves were not obvious to me at first and the first one was a bit difficult to find, as well, since it blended in with the rocks/bricks. |
