this shot has so many elements in it to make it quite the superior shot...I'm not sure what happened (probably direct harsh sunlight) but the center part of your shot is devoid of lines (like you see in the top part) IMO (and that does not count for much..) I really think that a gradient applied to the center would have really helped to bring back the detail that was/is lost in the harsh sunlight..given that...I love the tones in the top and the bottom of the shot but not the center...

First impressions, your processing give this a "lithographic" feel to the image. I'm guessing from the title, it might be around the Supreme Court??? Composition wise, maybe paying a little more attention to your position, a step or two to your left to center the gavel in the middle of the columns in the background for better symmetry of the picture; and correct the tilt of the pic, it's just a touch off. That's nit picking. Otherwise, it's an interesting image.

A bit too contrasty and blown out but it has a nice graphic feel to it, good perspective.
