 R.I.P Micheal.

I grew up listening to his music, wore his Thriller jacket when I was 7 y/0. and his music was the first music of any kind that I just played over and over again as a kid. I think he was saint like, a true philantropist, and for those who think he was a monster, than he could only be a monster to monsters.

The PHOTO: WB set to Warm. Taken at 90mm.

PP: Nothing that utilized the special Expert editing allowance. I just dodged the clouds and spot edited some of the buildings.

Greetings from the Critique Club!

Initial impression: Not familiar with the song itself, but the sunset shot says enough. Hard to get a fix on it in terms of place, doesn't look like a big-city skyline.

Technical: Good use of ambient light, a little glare from sun, use of thirds good with the low horizon. Like the underlit cloud on the right.

Artistic: I like the boats' silhouettes on the water, help add interest and depth to the shot.

Overall: Would have liked to see this with a slightly faster aperture, like 1/40 or 1/50.
