The focus appears to be on the petals, and I do feel that in this image the critical sharpness needed to be on the bee. The colours are good and strong, befitting your subject. I do though, find my eyes drawn to the right and the vertical green line - a stake, or a blade of grass perhaps? |

I'm bothered by whatever that green thing is that's coming across the flower. It looks like it doesn't belong. I would have moved it away, then waited for another bee to come. |

The leaf going across the middle of the flower is distracting. I would've removed it before taking the shot. |

Bee is not as sharp as the flower but it's still a good photo. |

I think you would have been better served taking a shot without the bee. First, the bee is not in focus....so because of that, it is just like a big fuzzy thing sitting on what should be the subject of the photo. Also, you should have moved the green thing hanging down right through the center of the photo. Need to work on sharp focus. Good exposure though. 3. |
