 for the august snapshots side challenge

i saw this lady throwing sand into the water for her dog (that she scooped up with a plastic thingo) when i went to wollongong last week ..
i started taking photographs and then thought i should ask ..
she was fine about the photographs and then we got talking ..
its a beach where you can take your dogs and they dont have to be on a lead ..
i'm going to take katee there when i get my car fixed next week ..
she should have a ball .. hasnt been to the beach since she was a very small puppy ..

this is another one taken at the same time .. the dog's name is tristan and the lady, who's name is wendy, rescued him from a very bad life ..

Beautiful shot. Fantastic sky and nice capture of the joy that the dog has for the game. Katee should enjoy herself and I'll bet we'll be enjoying her enjoyment before long.

What a marvelous looking beach, and excellent shot of it. The sky is perfect too.
My son has a water loving Jack Russell terrier, or "Scoobie the Sailor Dog" in many of my photos. When she is at the beach, you can throw a ball of sand at the ground, and she will dig for a long time trying to find the ball. It's so funny to watch.

Incredible sky , water, sand....the woman & the sweet doggie are the icing on the cake -really a BIG FAVE !!!
What is Wollongong anyway ??? A vacation ?
