 At the Arboretum: very carefully took pictures of a large bee on the flower.

In Aperture: crop, sharpen, noise reduction
In Photoshop: saturation, levels (slight), deep red lens filter, unsharp mask, border.

Cool composition - I particularly like the green against green of the thistle stem and leaves.

pretty flower, nicely composed, would have more impact if we could see the bee's face IMO
