 This was a 0.5 second exposure, I asked Nic to pull back out of the frame as soon as she heard the shutter release, this allowed for the partial transparency of her face. I then applied motion blur to the background and then a smaller amount to the face and faded the effect to 50%.

Played around with the colours a little and there you have it. Goes beyond what's allowed in 'Advanced' (because of the added motion blur) so I can't enter it in any challenge.
