 for the serendipity side challenge

was on the firetrail thinking of bees and the macro side challenge i'm in as well ..
remembered serendipity so i moved the camera around on slow shutter speed using flash .. taken in daylight ..
the bee was just lucky timing and focus ..
i wish i could make that aperture smaller then i could slow down the shutter even more .. & iso was a mistake .. i'm usually on 100 or 125iso but had changed it for something or other and forgot to check ....

another one taken around the same time ..

That's great - bee looks like a bit of a mutant. A neutral density filter might help you get slower speeds in bright conditions.

Great colors and bg lighting. Even on a low speed you got nice details and points in focus. The border doesn't work for me though.

Man, that ghost bee you caught in the frame is AWESOME! The impermanent look to the flower is really neat too. Great shot!
