| I love the color of the fly. I definitely wish the dimensions didn't have to be so small. I'm sure that his eyes are bursting with detail. My only problem is that some of the photo is just washed out. I know that if you darkened it, you would probably lose some detail, but the brightness just doesn't quite work for me. I still give it a 6. |

Blackberries are tasty and a treasure if found, but I'm not eating that one!
Pity about the lack of DOF on the eyes and wings. |

| Nice close up, but the best part of the image is the unripe berries in the background. The blackberry looks a little mushed and unappetizing, the fly is kinda lost against the background, and the tie to the challenge is weak, imo. 5. |
