Wow, a very good idea! The reflections on the sides of the front needle make it appear a tad oversharped, but I don't think it is. (I had to look at the subject needle to be sure, but I think I'm right) The red yarn is a nice touch, but a tad overexposed in a couple of places. Still, very good. 8 Swash

You get my vote for the most unique. I would never thought of taking it through the eye of one needle. Skill to do that alone gets a 10. But then to get the other one in perfect focus, that's something else. You got me this time. 10 for sure. PTL

Great idea for a macro, and well set up.

I think this would have been a terrific shot but without the yellow thing in front.

Nice focus on your back needle. I like the framing effect too. DPz

I'm not sure I actually LIKE the foreground needle, but you did a great job with it if it's going to be there.

Very neat how the photo was taken through the view of another needle, great shot!
11/11/2002 10:00:00 PM
very neat perspective

Nice idea, I like your shot. IMHO too much empty space on the left side. I would have cropped a little different. Good luck, nds

Interesting perspective, but the needle in the foreground is a little distracting.
