This is actually two drops. One coming back up from the fall and another hitting it dead on. Fantastic chance, and skill of course. :) I've been trying to get that to happen and I can't even get close. 'gratz on 2nd.

OK, I admit it, I am soooooooooooooo freaking tired of water droplets I skip right past most of them with a big old yawn. But not this one. Showed me something different. And for that you get an 8. Nah, strike that. Make it a 9. |

This is a fine example of such a photograph, but I really must say that I've seen enough of these. It's a tricky capture, and I don't have the patience or talent for this, but I never connect with them; they leave me flat. 6 for the technicals. |

AMAZING ... the colours are incredible and the details unbelievable .. i cant imagine how difficult it would be to get a shot like this .. love the excellent shapes of the droplets and the movement in the water .. i'm not voting yet but wanted to comment on this fantastic image anyway .. :) |
