You have an image with lots of potential here, using the arch to frame your shot, and the selective desaturation of the traffic is also an interesting idea. In my mind, the shortcomings of this shot are that there is too much dark in the shot, especially since the arch seems to have some very detailed and colorful paintings. Also, overall evertyhiong seems a bit soft, and the guy with the flag doesn't hold my interest (maybe because I don't know his role or significance). I also just notice that part of the sky in the image seems to have been erased, while some of it is still there, I would've thought leaving it there would've been fine.

The view appears to be trafic on a foggy day. The art work at the top is lost to darkness, and the guard appears out of focus. Sorry, I can't be more positive about this picture.
