The repeating folds of this simple mushroom almost resemble an earthen landscape in this superb macro replete with curves and enveloped with complementing warm brownish and grey colour tones. This flows beautifully.

So far, the first "true" macro I've seen in this challenge, and it's a beauty! A tad oversharpened to my taste, but gorgeous lines, tones, and lighting. Should do well. Not voting.

great contrast, texture and tones, perhaps a crop leaving out the bottom left (which isnt the strongest part) would enhance it 8
