Here is my personal scoring scale with 2 points each. The idea behind is to justimy the score I gave. You have all right not to agree with it. This is just my personal opinion with whatever little photography knowledge I have. Hope it helps.

| Too grainy. Poor focus and crop. |

Good idea. Definitely gives the impression of a professional.
Couple of points about the photo:
> Distraction in the top right
> Framing of the photo - cropped heel.
> Graininess... it's ok but makes the photo look a little soft. Perhaps more sharpness would improve the image. |
