Strange bug. I have no idea what bug this is. The photo is taking its front. It was basically very well "behaved". Stood there and let me take photos of it. Even let me put a colored background behind it!

Holy crap, that IS a weird fat bug. I've never seen a bug with such small eyes. He looks like a mole with the legs of a fly! Great photo, by the way. :D

Had a second look. Good focus control, bokeh. Not as striking a subject as the shiny glossy rainbow bugs, shouldn't have to be if you're a technical voter. Bumped 1

OMG .. this is amazing ..
i'm just having a look thru the challenge and not voting but this is incredible . he looks like a bear crossed with a fly or something .. cant get over the insect world .. such diversity .. and you'll always come across something you've never seen before .. that's if you're interested that is .. :)
