 These two tourists were at Amman citadel (Jordan) site-seeing; she had a camera and was seeking and shooting, while he was so uncomplaining about waiting for her! And was wandering around the place reading info signs and looking right and left; they gave me few candid shots' opportunities. And when I spoke to them after, I came to learn that they were a married couple from Spain.

The silhouette of the woman may delude the viewer into seeing that the minaret at the far right was the subject being photographed, while in fact the camera and the photographer were facing almost 90 degrees away from the minaret, and old Roman columns, not in the field of my camera view, were being pictured.

An authentication note: This photo is horizontally flipped; it feels much more powerful this way.

Excellent "street" capture and exp control, good attention to composure. Human shadows add appeal. Arty and unusual for DPC, WD!

Cool framing on the neglected fellow. That really makes the shot. Love the way the background fades off in the distance. I'd like it better without the other person, I think. 10
