I love how the area you have selected for focus has those lovely analogue clocks, and there is a great feel of depth to the scene. But rush hour, really? Nice place to live in that case. |

Nice original shot, I feel the contrast between the blurred edge and the focused area is slightly too sharp though. |

I's good, but the blur is a little strong and ends abruptly...a little more care in the editing would have made this a winner |

Great shot, my only concern is the clock and the figures in the center are fighting for attention. A little more separation and it would be perfect. |

I think the blurring effects are too extreme, maybe do a more gradual fade into the blur |

This is clearly done in PS and I dont think you did it right, or it just doesn't look natural |

Generally I like this, though I think the rear OOF area has too much of a distinct falloff. More gradual would help. I have not yet tried one of these myself, so it may be far better than I could do. |
