I think the composition is letting you down here. I wished you would hav gotten the spider out of the middle, place him e.g. at the top right corner, tilt the andle a little to the right and have the long legs reach into the rest of the picture. The darker green in the background is perfect to highlight the features of the spider. |

Nice capture. Would have liked it cropped a little closer for greater impact. Good shot all the same. (Not voting) |

The bokeh in the background and the patterns in the web are very beautiful! So much so that it's hard to focus on the subject. A great photo however. |

Huge spider and nice find. Spider is however OOF and the background is very busy. (If you don't already know...) This can be controlled by manually focusing and using a shallower DOF if that's possible on your cam. |

IMO spiders are soooo hard to get good shots of...first of all I have to stay out of the webs and to get on the side of them that is best isn't always easy... |
