Lightroom 2: Sharpened, recovery, removed dust spots, brightness, converted RAW to jpg for upload to web.

Buckeye nut from a Buckeye tree I picked last Summer.

I know this isn't a true macro but after shooting soap bubbles, snow flakes, ice, and a bunch of other stuff for three days I went with this out of frustration.

It's a puzzle alright but the harsh shadows and plain background make this uninteresting. Off-center or closer-up or softer lighting would have improved your shot.
