Did some minor adjustments of WB exposure and brightness in ACR.

In Photoshop:
Autolevels
Duplicate layer and convert to black and white with Channel mixers layer. Blended the duplicate layer and background with soft light
Smart sharpen
Duplicate layer - surface blur at 40% opacity
Crop
resize
sharpen
save
