 This was all made possible with the help of several people..

My wife Terri who gave me this opportunity as a B'day gift. Having 3 young kids does not allow for extra time for shoots.

Kerry the MUA extrodinaire and her daughter Ocian (Model)

and Max Quigley for all his help setting up the lights in my "studio"

I really wanted to keep this as natural as possible, but the more I looked at it ( and suggested by Judi) I went with pimping the eyes. Hope the processing won't cost me.

I will post more shots from this shoot after voting.

Hey Leo congrats on the high finish. Great control of the lights. You are working with all of that white and nothing appears over blown, thats awesome

Gorgeous model, the light setup leaves me shaking my head in disbelief - what a fantastic image Leo! Correction: what a fantastic series of images. And those rhinestones as makeup are incredible.

This was among my top rated photos. This portrait blows me away. Great job. Thanks for posting the specs. I dont think I have that many lights, but I will have try it one day :)

Not so often that you see high fashion type shots entered here. You've really nailed that genre- your shot is steeped in fantasy, which is backed up by not only the pose, but the makeup and composition as well. Great shot.

I'm not a big fan of the model, but the lighting seems very well done. To me, the white lips, blue eyes and bedazzled face really take away from the whole thing.

Interesting makeup. Makes me want to see more from the shoot. However for me and this image it appears overly soft, it distracts my eye. It feels like something is missing, maybe a bit of contrast, or even more personality of expression. It is interesting but does not wow me.

Knowing how this shot was done and knowing how the lighting was done and the hair, make-up and and and and there is only one thing I can do, wish you all the best Leo and tell you that I'm very thankful that you share your knowledge with me. I'm getting better and I owe most of that to you. You are a great friend and I look forward to sharing more laughs and photographs with you in the future.

This is a fantastic vision of what you saw in your head and I'm really glad I was there to learn and help. I had a fantastic time.

You know the guy who set up the hair light really knew what he was doing, it's spot on :)

All the best to you and I'm sure this will hit the top three.

I'm not into portraits but I'm impressed with this one. Must have been interesting to meter with the darkness of her skin and the stark white of the hair. Good result with only one really blown area over her right shoulder.
