| Bird captures are really tough. Between lugging a gigantic lens around and their flighty nature, it's difficult to get the composition one wants. You got a bit of action here with the screech, but I feel like the moment the eagle lighted or landed from its perch would have had a far stronger impact, which is crucial to Free Studies. Nice detail on the bird though. |

| I wish for this image to not have so much smoothness as well as white space. A closer tighter crop with more clarity of the feathers and dramatic appeal the natural texture would give. |
