Blue green tint doesn't appeal to me, else, nice crisp image.

This is a very simple subject but it's quite beautiful! The details are amazing and the background is a lovely shade of many greens.

Good composition and DOF. I like the softer colors.

The lighting's not real good and the color doesn't add much. Maybe a high contrast black and white would better bring out the textures and form.

Nice use of depth/lack of it really make sthe cone stand out. Its a funny/unusual angle on it though

the rich bokeh is fantastic - but its smoothness almost comes across as if it was smoothed by processing, giving a somewhat strange look to the cone so sharply in focus

Very nice background, though this holds no visual interest for me.

while the focus and dof is nice, the subject matter is a little bland...

Great detail, colour and lighting. Bit of a shame that it's a nibbled pine cone, but in some ways it makes the shot more interesting.

Half eaten, the squirrels must have gotten to it. Very good detail and DOF.
