Overexposed and a bit to much distracting branches etc. Big claw is what you have and a pair of eyes... |

a very cool find indeed! i really like the perspective to make the fiddler claw seem even bigger. i just wonder if the white balance was off while shooting this as everything seems a bit too yellow |

He looks almost like he's camouflaging himself. Nice shot. |

I don't think that's a friendly gesture he's making! |

I like the tones and lightened shadows in this. |

Cute capture of the crab. The focus could have been more uniform. A shallow depth of focus is not all that ideal here. |

It's taken me a while to figure out exactly what I'm looking at here. I think the problem is that there's too many distracting details, the bright lines coming from the branches etc.
The shallow DOF doesn't seem to work entirely as well as it leaves out what could be interesting details as well.
I think overall, composition has probably let you down here. This might have come out a lot better taken from a different angle to get more of the interesting details and less of the annoying stuff. |

Interesting creature, photo is a bit busy to fully appreciate the detail in the crab though. |

The subject blends too much into the surroundings, and the overall image is not sharp enough |

ok i gave you a 4, but i find correct to explain it...
main subject is not so distinguible from the background and there are too many elements that distracting the eyes... i can not find a real point where stop my look here... i love nature photopgraphs, is my preferred genre, so I took the liberty to make these observations, it is not law, it is just my thought |
