 Shot at Millwood, Knysna, South Africa. A large amount of gold was mined her back in the 1800's. This is one not really for the purists, since I did a fair bit of processing to get the look I wanted. Processing includes blending of exposures utilising luminosity masks, playing around with midtones quite a bit, a slight orton effect, warming filters, cloning out some flare from the sun and few other minor adjustments.

Really like the use of the HDR or tonemapping technique here. The shot has a great glow to it and great textures. Only nitpick, the view deeper into the woods looks a little oversharpened.
