GREETINGS FROM THE CRITIQUE CUB
Oh, brave one. Tromping through the cold and snow to get this impressive structure.
What a good job you did on that sky. Not the easiest thing in the world to do and you nailed it. As far as I can tell, your composition is spot on with interest throughout the image and the tower in a good spot to keep the viewer in the picture.
You might consider warming up those reds in that massive pile of bricks to bring out some of the intricate designs in there, and then strengthening just the blacks and the whites in the snow to put a little pop in those areas.
I like the image a lot and think it would only take just a little tweaking to make this a real contender.

IMO if you were to punch up the contrast just a touch....your almost there but that would finish getting rid of the dull cast to the rear of the Fortress |

foreground looks a little soft...centred horizon does not work for me |
