 Actually, this is a street juggler. Every other photo I have of him he's juggling, laughing, looking happy. For some reason, this shot came out looking like this, so I decided to try it in the Newspaper Challenge.

Title of the image doesn't sound like a Headline to me. I think the shot would have looked better if there were a few calmer looking people in it as well. When I first saw the image I thought he was a Rugby player.

okay picture. it doesn't really get my attention as a newspaper picture/article, because you don't see any other people around him or a court house/courthouse steps

Pretty good photo. Nice capture of emotion. Headline could've been better. Maybe "Victim's Brother Reacts to Court's Decision" As it is it's a little wordy. (me nitpicking - should be Outside Courthouse, not Courtroom. but that's me being overly anal)
