I love this, shot, and It does make me feel cold, because at present it's very hot here in Perth. I especially love the reflection :)

Nice image, nice reflections -- but when you are competing with a whole mess of photos with snow and ice this one does not seem quite as cold as the rest (no vote, just a comment)
