That is the official proclamation and his signature, just my hand and pen held in the shot. (hard to shoot left-handed too!!) |

Really nice photo, but perhaps you could have used a higher aperture to get sharper focus on more of the letter. 7 |

Very nice, very clear. The black background and dof force the viewer to the center of the shot. I like the composition of this. |

Original well thought out planed and executed. It fits the challenge to a tee however I dont think it has the pizzaz to ribbon 8 from me.

Typically a newspaper photo of a "signing event" would highlight the person doing the signing, and not the document they are signing -- the story that goes along with the photo would explain all that. So to me, this seems a bit unrealistic for a newspaper photo. |

Nice composition. I would've liked it better if it was a bit more in focus. The third paragraph already seems to be a bit out of focus and it already is in the middle of the shot. |

Not something I'd see in a Californian newspaper. I think you can bet your best lens it'd have the real Mr. Arnond in the photo. (I realize you probably made this up though. But I think you'll understand my point) |
