Greetings from the Critique Club.
First impressions are that this is an ok portrait.
Technically this has a few minor issues. Most of these have been identified already by yourself so I won't go into these here.
Artistically this is ok but that's it. The pose is a bit awkward - mostly due to him squinting and not looking at us. I'm sure you could have cloned out the cord of the hat without any problems - also the design on the shirt.
In summary an ok shot with some flaws but it seems you knew about them all before you entered it.
Feel free to PM me if you have any queries.

What a sweet shot of your brother, Andrew! You're doing very well at outdoor portraits. Well done! :-) |

Top TS score and a new personal best! Way to go!! (And I'm probably the only one who noticed the shirt, by the way.) |

Nice casual outdoor portrait and fits the theme of course. I'm curious if you used a fill-flash or other bounce light -- the exposure seems perfect. Sharp but not over-sharpened. Great smile and eyes on the model. Love the textures (especially in the hat) and the nearly all-white background, which is just varied enough to convey snow. And now I know what a Ushanka is! |

Nice enough shot, but the half naked woman in the previous entry did more for me. |

Great detail and depth here. Lovely expression, and the rosy cheeks really makes it pop. |

A nicely crisp and clean photo, but there are a few too many distracting elements to receive full marks. |
